What is PV?
PV is short for "Promotional Video"... You might know it as simply "Music Video". Promotional Videos(PV) are used to promote the artists' CDs and or DVDs, thus why it is called 'Promotional Video'. We offer PV downloads for promotional and advertisement purpose only. So you should support the artist you like by buying their CDs and DVD/Blu-ray.

Do Japankore.net get pay for all this?
No, our site is a non-profit site. Which mean we don't get pay at all. We got no sponsers and no partnership with any other japanese entertainment sites. Everything you see here is from our own pocket so please be kind and donate if you like this site.

Where can I download the PV?
It's on our download page. You can access the download page by clicking on "media" from the top navigation Flash menu then navigate through the mini-sub-options.

There's so many sub-categories under media, can you explain what is what?
Sure... J-kore exclusive is where you'll find all of our exclusives files and original contents. It's all exclusives here on japankore.net. Exclusives files and contents such as Japankore.net the GAME and other stuff we made. Video Game's Video is where you'll find clips from video games as well as trailers, FMVs and game footage "ripped" by us. Online PV is where you can watch some current and recent selected promotional videos. We may update the page with new PVs every few weeks so check back often or simply read the news on the from page. PV listing is where you can see all the list of promotional videos we have. You may request a PV from the list if you like. PV request page include the information you need to do a request, what you can request and how. The Extra page is pretty much everything else that doesn't belong anywhere else.

Is the download on this site free?
Yes, all downloads are free. Some files may have certain restriction or password protected. But YES! all downloads are free unless started otherwise. However we may introduce an online money system to download some files in the future. Don't worry though, it's not real money. Just a forum cast system which you can earn by posting in our message board.

Why are some files password protected?
We don't just want people to come here and download like crazy and then leave. We would like people to stay and be a part of the community. We would like our members who'd registered in our forum to feel somewhat special by having access to restricted areas within the site. So just be a part of our great community is all we ask. And it's all you need to access all our files.

What is Japankore.net the Game
Japankore.net the game is a PC game made by Cypher of Japankore.net just for the community here to enjoy. It's a very short RPG game base off our community and forum members. You can check out more at the official Japankore.net the Game website.

Are there going to be a Japankore.net the Game 2?

Why don't Japankore.net charge people money($) for each downloads?
It's stupid to charge our members for Promotional Video. We are here to promote, not to make money out of it and be rich. There are many sites like ours where they charge their members for downloads and I think it's stupid. It's just not right, it's messed up. We're not here to make money so our survival is up to our members support and donation. We're here to do free advertisment and promotion for new and rare J-music artists.

What is Hot-linking?
Direct linking our stuff or stealing our links and put it on other site/forum. Allowing others to download using our bandwidth without actually visiting our site. Hot linking are NOT allow and HotLinkers are evil people. Hot-linking is consider an Internet crime. So please we ask that you do not hot link our links.

How long have Japankore.net been around?
Japankore.net has been around since mid 2004 with a very big hit. Since then we have our down times, bad times, and worse times. There has been times where we were about to shut down this place all together do to the slowness in traffics and members leaving one by one. Today we are back online with a new look hoping for better days. Please stay around and post lots in our forum!
